Once a mixer location is booked, no changes can be made to the time, location, or date. It is important to note that Millionaire's Butterflies does not provide refunds for payments, and the mixer cannot be transferred to another person or substituted for any other service offered by Millionaire's Butterflies.
If a member wishes to terminate their membership, they must communicate their intention via email, text, or registered mail. Termination requests received from registered members via email or text will be accepted as a valid termination. Voice mail messages will not be considered as valid termination requests. Once the termination takes effect, the membership cannot be reinstated or transferred to another person. If a terminated member wishes to obtain a new membership, they will be responsible for the full payment of the new membership fee before the activation of the new membership can occur.
Members are expected to conduct themselves appropriately and refrain from engaging in behavior that is detrimental to the interests of Millionaire's Butterflies, as determined solely by Millionaire's Butterflies. Such conduct or behavior may result in termination of the membership.
Membership privileges are personal and cannot be sold, transferred, or assigned in any manner. These privileges cease upon the death of the member.
Millionaire's Butterflies reserves the right to engage third-party affiliates, matchmakers, and other companies, and the disclaimers provided on this website will continue to apply even if Millionaire's Butterflies utilizes the services of another agency.
Membership is activated upon payment processing. If a member chooses not to utilize the membership, it is non-transferable and non-refundable. If a client decides to renew their membership at any time, they will be required to pay the full program fee.
